• His experience encompasses business valuation and financial advisory with a focus on Indian companies, including foreign subsidiaries. He has a proven history of advising private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) firms on startup valuations, aiding critical investment decisions and portfolio management strategies. • Anitya Kumar Mohanty is a seasoned professional based in Bengaluru with 17 years of experience in strategic business development and enterprise strategy. Currently he leads the business development practice in the organization as he brings a rich background gained through leadership roles at prominent organizations including ASA , RBSA Advisors, and CRISIL.

• Started his career as an business development executive at CRISIL in 2008. Anitya advanced to managerial roles—most notably serving as Manager of Business Development at RBSA Advisors and later as Enterprise Strategy Manager at ASA where he was responsible for international marketing ,corporate communications, digital marketing, branding and corporate strategy.

• He has total 39 years of experience out of which over 35 years of experience in the Banking sector holding Senior Positions across (as General Manager/ Group CISO, DGM, RM). He has worked as General Manager in State Bank of India, SAMRO (Stressed Asset Management Regional Office) South stationed at Bangalore. He was looking after resolution of Stressed Assets of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

• As a General Manager Network III Chandigarh, he was supervising branches of two states namely Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir. He was controller of more than 400 branches and 1200 plus ATMs in two States.

He has successfully conducted valuations and surveys for residential, commercial, and industrial assets, advised insurers and clients on loss minimization and prepared comprehensive survey reports for claims across fire, engineering, marine and miscellaneous segments.

  He is a member of leading professional bodies such as the Institution of Engineers (India), Indian Council of Arbitration, International Association of Engineers, Institute of Valuers, Indian Institute of Insurance Surveyors & Loss Assessors and Indian Institution of Technical Arbitrators.
